Store Policy:
During our assessment, if we feel it’s not in the plants best interest to repot, we'll return it free of charge. If pests are found, we’ll treat it once for $5 and provide care instructions for you to continue at home.
Remember: if you suspect pests we ask you NOT to bring your plant in store and instead show us pictures and we can give you our thoughts.
Given plants are living organisms, their well-being can be influenced by many factors beyond our control. While we take the utmost care in nurturing them, we cannot guarantee that a plant will not experience difficulties after leaving our store, particularly if it was already struggling.
We will always do our best to offer guidance and support, but please understand that some circumstances, such as environmental conditions, stress from relocation, or natural life cycles, may affect the plant’s health. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our efforts to cultivate a thriving plant community!
